It is the policy of Francis Marion University that a student will not be allowed to register for a subsequent semester until all past due financial obligations are paid.  The University may not furnish transcripts if a student is deliquent in paying a student account or student loan obligations.  An account deemed uncollectible by the University may be reported to a credit bureau and referred to a collection agency.
