Biography

Robert E. Pugh is Professor of Management and the Eugene A. Fallon, Jr. Professor of Production Management in the School of Business at Francis Marion University. Dr. Pugh teaches and does research in management science, operations management, and statistical model building. His recent research focuses on the use of internet-based auction for competitive procurements to support production and on the impacts of South Carolina Educational Lottery. He has published scholarly papers in Coastal Business Review, the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Mathematical Programming, Southern Business Review, Palmetto Review, and other journals. He participates in professional meetings as a reviewer, discussant and presenter.
