Dr. Pamela A. Rooks
Ph.D. University of York, England
Dr. Rooks came to FMU in 1989 after a scholar-gypsy life took her as far away as Nigeria. Her years abroad fostered an interest in Postcolonial Literature, and she teaches a variety of courses. Her family comprises husband John (who teaches at a nearby college), two children (Elinor and Isaac), and two cats.
