Application Process

To complete the application process, follow the steps below:

  • Application Form Application Form

  • Print off or Pick up the Application Form from Liaison
  • Read the Waiver Form then sign.
  • Write an Essay (250 words) about how you feel this program will contribute to your academic career plans.
  • Letter of Recommendation - You will need at least one from a FMU Faculty member.
  • Turn in your completed application file to the Liaison for the selected Program.

Letters of Recommendation should be addressed to Dr. Duane Myers, Coordinator of International Studies and sealed into an envelope by the Faculty member. Be sure to allow enough time for the Faculty member to complete this letter before the due date.
