The Resource Area provides non-print resources, technological support, and media-equipped teaching and conference facilities for the faculty, students, and staff of Francis Marion University.


     Located in the Resource Area:

• 10 Carrels with TV/VCR combination units.
• 15 Computers for viewing DVDs and surfing the internet
• 2 "Creation Stations"-create, edit, print, and/or save Microsoft Office files.
• 2 Small viewing rooms with a capacity of 8 persons per room.
• 10 Listening stations for audio sources

• The Interactive Language Lab-12 computers for learning foreign languages interactively.
