CEMC 225
A large multi-media classroom.

 

 

 

 

 

   CEMC 225 can hold up to 75 people in a classroom setting using traditional desk-chairs.  A teaching center at the front of the class controls nearly all electronics in the room (lights and muti-media equipment).

   The equipment in the room includes:

  • EZTrol control unit.  This unit controls input/output of the following items:
    • Electric screen
    • Gateway E3400
      • Windows XP
      • 733 MHz processor
      • 256 MB RAM
      • DVD-ROM
      • Zip Drive
      • Office 2002
      • Internet Connection
    • DVD/VHS combination unit
      • CD/MP3 capable
    • Volume controls for a 4-source amplifier feeding 2 wall-mounted speakers
    • Laptop connection with internet
    • Video projector (power and inputs)
  • Overhead projector
  • Optional fluorescent or dimmable incandescent lights
