Alumni Association Executive Officers

The Alumni Association Executive officers are responsible for general duties listed in the Alumni Board of Directors bylaws and the following additional duties:

  • work closely with the Alumni Office to plan activities
  • attend Alumni and appropriate University-sponsored events
  • make presentations regarding goals and achievements
  • keep meetings on task
  • promote and support the Alumni Association Membership Campaign
  • identify issues that are of concern to alumni
  • provide the Alumni Office with suggestions which may enhance opportunities for alumni

Office of Community Relations & Alumni Office Staff

The Office of Alumni Affairs is part of the Community Affairs Office and is located in the Stokes Administration Building, Room #101G. Regular Office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
