Although Teresa is the newest member of the Facilities Management team, she is not new to the construction industry. Teresa has brought with her years of experience in engineering and construction, HVAC operating systems, and a respectable knowledge of environmental compliance issues.

Teresa oversees the day-to-day activities of the new student apartment construction, monitors the HVAC contract and the performance of the HVAC system.
