A twenty-two year Francis Marion University veteran, Frank provides oversight to a variety of areas within the Facility Management arena. A primary role is the success of each University or community event held on campus. Frank is cognizant that a successful setup insures a successful event, which directly impacts the University's image in the community.

Primary departments, Custodial Services, Grounds Maintenance, Motor Pool/Dispatch, and Central Receiving/Warehouse fall under the umbrella of Facilities Services.

Additionally Frank serves as the Recycling Coordinator, Solid Waste Disposal Manager, Asbestos Planner / Manager / Inspector / Supervisor, Hazardous Material contact person, Confined Space Manager, and Emergency Response Team Manager.
