Mission:  Improve teaching and learning opportunties by providing non-print resources, technological infrastructure and curricular design support, and media equipped teaching and conference facilities for faculty, students, and staff of FMU.

Unit Objectives:

1. Recommend standard classroom presentation hardware and software platforms.
2. Coordinate the installation of technology classroom and computer lab equipment.
3. Provide guidance and support to faculty in integrating technology with pedagogy where appropriate as requested by faculty.
4. Ensure open computer labs are staffed and maintained in operational condition.
5. Make available study facilities and instruction space in the Resource Area.
6. Supply and maintain media equipment, media materials, media equipped classrooms and provide media production services.
7. Host community activities and assist University divisions with developing community information.
8. Maintain the operations of Channel 11, the local public community broadcast channel.
