Steps for checking on the status of your credit note:

1. Go to the Financial Assistance website by clicking here 
2. Select ‘Check on My Financial Aid’
3. Select ‘View Your Financial Aid Award’ – if you see a status ‘C’ next to any of the types of assistance, your credit has not been cleared.
4. Select ‘What Is Needed to Complete Your File’, if you see status 'C' next to any of the types of of assistance listed under 'View Your Financial Aid Award'.
5. Provide all requested forms to the Financial Assistance Office.

Change Check Information:

- You will NOT receive a change check as long as there is a status ‘C’ for any or all of your aid.
- If two weeks have passed since you have turned in all requested paperwork and you do not see a change in ‘View Your Financial Aid Award’ or ‘What Is Needed to Complete Your File’, contact our office.  
- You MUST have your credit cleared by October 12, 2009 or your credit will be removed from the system and you will be responsible for the balance due the University.
