Fall and Spring applicants, please send a $150.00 Reservation/Application Deposit.

You must apply and be accepted for admission to Francis Marion University before your Housing Application can be finalized.

THIS APPLICATION IS NOT A ROOM ASSIGNMENT. RECEIPT OF HOUSING MATERIALS DOES NOT IMPLY ADMISSION TO FRANCIS MARION UNIVERSITY. ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATION AND FEES DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN ASSIGNMENT. ASSIGNMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON ADMISSION AND DATE HOUSING APPLICATION IS RECEIVED. EARLY APPLICATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED. Housing and Residence Life policies and assignment information will be provided after the Reservations/Damage Deposit fee has been paid.

Upon receipt of your $150.00 Reservation/Application Deposit, the Housing Office will issue the student a contract if all qualifications above are met.
