FMU's Jazz Express to perform, April 5

            FLORENCE, S.C. – Francis Marion University’s Jazz Express will perform in concert, Thursday, April 5.

            The performance will begin at 8 p.m. in the McNair Science Building auditorium. Admission is free and open to the public.

            The program will be selected from the following: "Four," "Manha de Carnaval," “Watermelon Man,” “Summertime,” “Fun and Games,” “What Are You Doing the Rest of Your Life,” “How Insensitive,” “Tenor Madness,” “Take Five,” and “Cherokee.”

            The pieces are to be performed by Stan Kennedy, a guitarist who is a visiting artist; FMU Student Brian Bieger on bass; and FMU Faculty Member Craig Alberty on saxophone.
