Media Advisory FLORENCE, S.C. – Francis Marion University (FMU) and Northeastern Technical College (NETC) will announce a partnership designed to make it more convenient for NETC students who want to earn a bachelor's degree to transfer to FMU at a press conference at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17. The press conference will take place in the Board Room of the Stokes Administration Building on the FMU campus.
