FLORENCE – The Francis Marion University Foundation will hold a scholarship reception on Thursday, Nov. 13, to recognize and celebrate scholarship donors and their student recipients.

The reception will begin at 6 p.m. in the Smith University Center Commons on the campus.

Welcome and opening remarks will be given by Jay Dowd, vice president for development and executive director of FMU Foundation. Also on program is FMU President Fred Carter.

In addition, scholarship recipients will address donors, thanking them for their generous contributions.
