For the first time, live video/audio broadcasts of the Francis Marion University men’s and women’s basketball games are available on the internet.

The broadcasts were arranged through the Peach Belt Conference. The feed, produced through Penn Atlantic Inc., can be purchased at http://www.peachbeltsports.tv/. Viewers must set up an account prior to viewing, and each game is purchased separately.

FMU began producing its home games with the Feb. 2 home contest against North Georgia College & State University. All remaining home games and a select number of road games will be available. You can check the above web address for the availability of games.

Three members of the Instructional Technology & Electronic Media Services Department at FMU have been instrumental in this undertaking: Brad Wofford, Larry Falck, and Mac McLeod. Three students Chelsea Brown, Porshe’ Lockhart, and Miles Norton have also assisted in the effort, which has been coordinated by FMU athletic director Murray Hartzler.
