FLORENCE, SC – The Francis Marion University women’s soccer team will play host to Eastern Kentucky University on Sunday afternoon (Sept. 28) when the Patriots celebrate Girls Youth Soccer Day.

Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. on the FMU Soccer Field and admission is free.

Every area youth player wearing their team jersey will be invited to participate in a one-hour clinic with the Francis Marion squad immediately following the match.

Francis Marion (0-9-0) is looking for its first win of the year, while the Colonels, out of the Ohio Valley Conference, are 2-6-1. This will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.
