Ms. FMU pageant to be held Feb. 21
FLORENCE, S.C. – Fourteen Francis Marion University students will vie for the title of Ms. FMU on Monday, Feb. 21. The pageant will be held at 6 p.m. in McNair Science Building’s Chapman Auditorium on the FMU campus.
Throughout her reign, Ms. FMU will represent the university at various functions. She also assists with high school recruitment and community service projects sponsored by the university. The reigning Ms. FMU is Bree Boyce of Florence.
Ms. FMU must be a full-time student, have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0, and choose a community service project. The winner is selected based on an interview, pageant performance and overall bearing and ability to best represent FMU.
