FLORENCE – Francis Marion University students will learn the harsh reality of driving under the influence or texting while driving when they participate in a simulated driving experience on campus Thursday, March 10.
The National Arrive Alive Tour will take place on the UC lawn from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sponsored by the FMU Student Government Association and the University Programming Board, the program is the #1 ranked Distracted Driving Prevention Program in the country and utilizes a high tech simulator, impact video, and other resources in efforts to educate students about texting while driving.
