FMU to hold Ms. FMU pageant, April 5
FLORENCE, S.C. – On Thursday, April 5, 11 female students will contend for the title of Ms. Francis Marion University.
The pageant will begin at 6 p.m. in the McNair Auditorium. Admission is free and open to the public. The theme of this year’s pageant is “Bollywood.” The winner will be determined based on an interview, an opening dance number and the casual and formal wear competitions during the pageant.
Pageant participants will be judged by the following FMU employees: Lauren Benton, admissions counselor; Dr. Rebecca Flannagan, professor of English; Lakena Gamble, assistant director of residence life; Dr. LeRoy Peterson, Jr., professor of chemistry; and Dr. Hubert Setzler, assistant professor of management.
