FMU announces tenure and promotion of faculty
Officials at Francis Marion University have announced tenure and promotion of faculty members for the 2012-13 academic year.
Receiving promotions to professor are: Dr. Scott S. Brown, political science and geography and Dr. Russell E. Ward Jr., sociology.
Receiving promotions to associate professor are: Dr. Richard A. Almeida, political science and geography; Dr. Joseph Aniello, business; Dr. Alena N. Eskridge-Kosmach, history; Dr. Kathryn G. Haselden, education; Mr. Charles E. Jeffcoat, fine arts; Dr. Daljit Kaur, education; Dr. Shawn R. Smolen-Morton, English, modern languages and philosophy; Dr. Matthew W. Turner, English, modern languages, and philosophy; Dr. Lance E. Weldy, English, modern languages and philosophy.
