University Holds Open House for prospective students

FLORENCE -- Francis Marion University will hold an Open House Saturday, Oct. 16 for prospective students and their families.  Registration will begin at 9 a.m. in the McNair Science Building Auditorium.

The day begins with registration and a continental breakfast, and a welcome is given in the auditorium at 9:30 a.m.  There are three information sessions set up, at 10:10 a.m., 10:50 a.m., and at 11:30 a.m.

An information fair will be held from 10 a.m. - 12:15 p.m., and campus and residence halls tours will run from noon to 1 p.m.

The fall Open House is a great opportunity to tour FMU’s campus, to meet faculty, staff, and administrators, and to visit with fellow students – all while learning about FMU programs and services.

For more information and to register for the Open House, call Stacy Freeman at 843-661-1236.
