FLORENCE---The quarterly meeting of the Board of Trustees of Francis Marion University will be held April 13-14 on the university campus.
Committee meetings are scheduled on Thursday, April 13, while the full board meeting is at 10 a.m. Friday, April 14, in the Stokes Administration Board Room.
The trustees will consider two resolutions—one on phasing out the differential in the student activity fee for out-of-state students and one on adjustments of university fees for the 2000-2001 academic year.
Committee meetings on April 13 are scheduled as follows: 10 a.m., Future Studies Committee, Stokes Board Room; 11:15 a.m., Academic Affairs and Shared Governance Committee, Stokes Board Room and University Development Committee, 101 Stokes Building; 2:15 p.m., Alumni Development Committee, 101 Stokes Building; Financial Affairs and Responsibility Committee, Stokes Board Room; and Rules and Policy Committee, Provost Conference Room of Stokes Building; 3:45 p.m., Roundtable discussion with President Fred Carter, Stokes Board Room; 4:30 p.m., Student Affairs and Advancement Committee, President’s Room of Ervin Dining Hall. The Executive Affairs Committee will meet at 8:30 a.m. April 14 in the Provost’s Conference Room of Stokes Administration Building.
