FMU names 19 new members to Alumni Advisory Board

FLORENCE – The Francis Marion University Alumni Association Advisory Board has filled 19 positions with new members from around the Pee Dee and Midlands of South Carolina.

The members will serve two-year terms. Membership terms are staggered and there are 47 members total.

The purpose of the board is to organize and govern the various activities of the Alumni Association and to advise the association on ways it can effectively serve and promote the university and community. The four committees of the board are events, student relations, fund-raising and public relations.
