FLORENCE, S.C. – The Francis Marion School of Business is sponsoring two three-day accounting and financial seminars this summer.
The first seminar is a review for Part 2 of the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam. The seminar will be held on May 26, June 9 and June 23.
The second seminar is a review for Part 4 of the Certified in Financial Management (CFM) exam. The seminar will be held on July 7, July 21 and Aug. 4.
Class hours are 9 a.m. to noon and 1-4 p.m. each day. Tuition for each three-day seminar is $200 and FMU students and staff can receive a 20 percent discount.
The CMA/CFM programs certify professional competence in the broad fields of management accounting and financial management. These certification programs are administered by the Institute of Management Accountants.
