Ms. FMU pageant to be held April 10

FLORENCE, S.C. – Nineteen Francis Marion University students will vie for the title of Ms. FMU on Tuesday, April 10. The pageant will be at 8 p.m. in the McNair Science Building auditorium on the FMU campus.

Ms. FMU represents the university at various functions throughout her reign. She also assists with high school recruitment and community service projects sponsored by the university. The reigning Ms. FMU is April Mills of Aynor.

Ms. FMU must be a full-time student, have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0, and choose a community service project. The winner is selected based on an interview, pageant performance and overall bearing and ability to best represent Francis Marion University.
