FLORENCE, S.C. – The Francis Marion University Office of Career Development will host its 11th-annual Volunteer Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Smith University Center commons area.

Representatives from area volunteer organizations who are in need of volunteers will set up booths and recruit students to become active in the community. Members of the public who are interested in volunteering are also invited to attend.

Twenty-two volunteer agencies, such as the American Red Cross, Boys and Girls Clubs, Communities in Schools, and United Way, will be represented at the fair.
