FMU's Dooley Planetarium presents "The Christmas Star" program, Nov. 10

FLORENCE, S.C. – The Dooley Planetarium on the campus of Francis Marion University will present the first 2002 showing of its annual holiday program, “The Christmas Star,” Sunday, Nov. 10, at 3 p.m.

Admission is free.  The planetarium is located on the second floor of the Cauthen Educational Media Center.

This annual program will discuss the search for the meaning of the star reported in the Bible to have led the Wise Men to the baby Jesus.

Following the regular schedule of programs on the second and fourth Sundays of each month, “The Christmas Star” will be repeated Nov. 24, Dec. 8, and Dec. 15.
