FMU to hold Fall 2003 Career Fair, Oct. 23
FLORENCE, S.C. – Francis Marion University’s Office of Career Development will hold its
Fall 2003 Career Fair on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Smith University Center commons.
Local, state and regional business and industry representatives have been invited to participate by setting up information booths at the fair. Participants include Assurant Group, Auto-Owners Insurance Co., Bank of America, Campbell University School of Pharmacy, Carolinas Hospital System, Claflin University, the FBI, IRIX Pharmaceuticals, the Lexington Police Department, McLeod Health, Nan-Ya Plastics, Penske Truck Leasing, Santee Cooper, the S.C. Education Association, UPS, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo Financial, and Winthrop University. Additional organizations are expected to be represented at the fair as well.
The fair will offer employment information and opportunities for FMU students who are seeking internships, part-time and summer employment, as well as career networking opportunities and employment information for FMU seniors and alumni who are seeking full-time employment. All FMU students and alumni are invited to meet employers, make contacts, and apply for available positions.
