Florence Symphony Winds to perform at FMU, Nov. 4
FLORENCE, S.C. – The Florence Symphony Winds will perform at Francis Marion University as part of the First Tuesday Arts Event Series, Nov. 4.
The concert will begin at 8 p.m. in the Hyman Fine Arts Center’s Kassab Recital Hall. The event is free and open to the public.
The ensemble is comprised of Kristin Slaughenhoupt, flute; Peter Fichte, clarinet; Christine Fisher, clarinet; John Goshen, horn; R.L. Skinner, bassoon and saxophone; and Benjamin Woods, piano.
The program will include selections by Mozart, Purcell and Rachmaninoff.
