FMU Travelers to offer holiday trip to New York City in December

     FLORENCE, S.C. – Francis Marion University Travelers and Collette Vacations are offering a five-day holiday tour of New York City departing Dec. 4.

     The trip will feature sightseeing, shopping and entertainment. Highlights of the tour will include Wall Street, Fifth Avenue, Greenwich Village, Little Italy, Chinatown, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, Ellis Island, Belvedere Castle in Central Park, and the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.

     Travelers will see two Broadway shows, a “Christmas Spectacular” at Radio City Music Hall featuring the Rockettes, and have lunch at the famous Tavern on the Green. Visitors will also get to shop at stores including Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue.

     The cost of the trip per person is $1,722 (twin) or $2,222 (single). The cost includes round-trip airfare from Charlotte, cancellation waiver, travel insurance, hotel transfers, accommodations at the Radisson Lexington or the Sheraton New York, and three meals (one lunch and two dinners.)
