FLORENCE, S.C. – Actor/comedian Jason Stuart will present a lecture, “Coming Out in Hollywood: Making it to the Middle,” at Francis Marion University, Wednesday, March 26.
The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the McNair Science Building auditorium. Admission is free and open to the public.
Stuart has appeared in films including “Vegas Vacation,” “Lost and Found,” and “Kindergarten Cop,” as well as the TV programs “Will and Grace,” and “The Drew Carrey Show.” His lecture will include a short video presentation of his work as an actor and comic, and a discussion of coming out in Hollywood and growing up gay in a Jewish family.
The event is sponsored by the FMU University Programming Board and Crossroads, the Straight-Gay Alliance of FMU.
