FMU's Dooley Planetarium presents "Serendipity 2003 -- The Year Ahead" program, Jan. 12

FLORENCE, S.C. – The Dooley Planetarium on the campus of Francis Marion University will begin the new year with a program titled “Serendipity 2003 – The Year Ahead,” Sunday, Jan. 12, at 3 p.m.

Admission is free.  The planetarium is located on the second floor of the Cauthen Educational Media Center.

This program will be a summary of what one can expect to see in the sky in 2003.  Visitors are encouraged to bring questions that will be addressed using the full multimedia resources of the planetarium.

The next program, “The Constellations,” will be presented on Jan. 26 and Feb. 9.
