Students Return to FMU Campus Saturday

On Saturday, Aug. 21, more than 400 freshmen will move into campus housing to begin the fall semester at FMU.  More than 200 volunteers (students, faculty, staff and alumni) are expected to greet the incoming students and their families and help them move their belongings into the residence halls.  The move-in begins at 8 a.m. and will continue until 4 p.m.  Upperclassmen will return to campus housing on Sunday.  Students who have not attended an orientation session will do so on Monday, Aug. 23.  Students may also meet with faculty advisers for open registration on that day and pay their fees.  Classes begin Wednesday, Aug. 25.
