Highway Interchange To Be Dedicated in Honor of Williams

    At 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24, a ceremony will be held in Lowrimore Auditorium in Cauthen Media Center at Francis Marion University to dedicate the interchange of Interstate I-95 and SC 327 in honor of Robert W. Williams, president and CEO of Pee Dee Electric Cooperative in Darlington.   Officials from the S. C. Department of Transportation, local legislators and university officials will be on hand for the ceremony.  DOT Commissioner John Truluck, FMU President Fred Carter, U.S. Rep. John Spratt and Sen. Hugh Leatherman will make remarks.  Williams is a member of the FMU Board of Trustees.  A reception will follow at the Cottage.
