Reagan to lecture on stress at FMU, Nov. 11
Lawrence P. Reagan, of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, will discuss stress as part of the Francis L. Carter Memorial Lecture Series at Francis Marion University, Thursday, Nov. 11.
The lecture will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Cauthen Educational Media Center's Lowrimore Auditorium. Admission is free and open to the public.
Reagan is a professor in the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology, and Neuroscience at the USC School of Medicine. His speech is titled "The A's and D's of Depression (Anxiety, Aggression, Diabetes, Depression): Metabolic, Morphological and Behavioral Consequences."
Janet Carter Hunter established the Francis L. Carter Memorial Lecture Series in memory of her father, who died in 1986.
