Media Advisory Attention Assignment Editors: Francis Marion University will hold its fall commencement Saturday, Dec. 18, at 10 a.m. in Smith University Center gymnasium. Honorary degrees will be presented to U. S. Rep. James E. Clyburn of Columbia, Florence physician Dr. E. Conyers O’Bryan, and Moncks Corner businessman T. Graham Edwards. Rep.
