FLORENCE, S.C. -- Francis Marion University’s School of Business will hold a two-day professional development seminar, Jan. 24 and 31.

     The seminar is a comprehensive study session for part 1 of the Certified Management Accountant/Certified in Financial Management exam. The sessions, which meet from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., will focus on economics, finance and management.

     The CMA/CFM programs certify professional competence in the broad fields of management accounting and financial management. These certification programs are administered by the Institute of Management Accountants.

     The registration fee for the seminar is $290.
