FMU to present grad school information program, Feb. 5

FLORENCE, S.C. – Francis Marion University will host “Graduate School A to Z,” a presentation designed to enlighten students on the world of post-baccalaureate education, Thursday, Feb. 5.

The program will begin at 3:30 p.m. in Room 106 of the Leatherman Science Facility. The event is free and open to the public.

The guest speaker will be Dale Moore, director of graduate admissions at the University of South Carolina. Moore’s talk will focus on reasons for considering graduate education, the admissions process, financial aid options, and the realities of life as a graduate student. Moore’s remarks are designed to have broad appeal to all students. Moore will answer questions following his talk.
