FLORENCE, S.C – Area teachers are being sought to participate in the fifth-annual Swamp Fox Writing Project Summer Institute at Francis Marion University, May 31 through June 24.

         The four-week institute will help teachers become better writers and instructors of writing. The sessions meet from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

        The institute is free for teachers of all grade levels and disciplines and is worth six hours of graduate continuing education credit from FMU.
