    A news conference will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, in the Stokes Administration Board Room at Francis Marion University.  Officials from Carolinas Hospital System will be on hand to announce a major gift in support of FMU’s new nursing program.  James O’Loughlin, chief executive officer at Carolinas Hospital System, and Dr. Eddie Floyd, chair of the hospital’s board, will make a special presentation to FMU President Fred Carter.
