FMU Jazz Express members earn recognition at festival Francis Marion University’s Jazz Express participated in the UNC-Wilmington Jazz Festival, April 2. The festival featured internationally known jazz guitarist Jack Evans and presented adjudicated performances by eight university and high school jazz ensembles. Jazz Express is directed by FMU music professor Craig Alberty. Five FMU students earned outstanding performance certificates.
