FMU to hold Fall 2005 Job Fair Expo, Oct. 26
FLORENCE, S.C. – Francis Marion University’s Office of Career Development will hold its Fall 2005 Job Fair Expo on Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 12 to 4 p.m. in the Smith University Center commons.
Local, state and regional business and industry representatives have been invited to participate by setting up information booths at the fair. Participants include AFLAC, Carolinas Hospital Systems, Charleston Southern University, DuBard Inc., Enterprise Rent-A-Car, ESAB, the FBI, IRIX Pharmaceuticals, the IRS, Marlboro County High School, McLeod Regional Medical Center, Navy Officer Recruiting Station, New York Life Insurance, Palmetto Health, Perfection Clutch, S.C. Air National Guard, Southeastern Freight Lines, U.S. Army Recruiting, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Waffle House Inc., Webster Rogers LLP, and Winthrop University. Additional organizations are expected to be represented at the fair as well.
The fair will offer employment information and opportunities for FMU students who are seeking internships and part-time and summer employment, as well as career networking opportunities and employment information for FMU seniors and alumni who are seeking full-time employment. All FMU students and alumni are invited to meet employers, make contacts, and apply for available positions.
