FLORENCE---The North Eastern Strategic Alliance board will meet at Francis Marion University Thursday, March 23.

          There will be a reception at the Cottage at 6:30 p.m., followed by a dinner meeting. Featured speaker is Joe E. Taylor Jr., South Carolina Secretary of Commerce.

            Agenda items include reports by committee chairmen on I-73, the regional international airport, the international trade and convention center, power generation and fundraising.  NESA executive director Jeff McKay will also give a report.
