NESA board to meet Sept. 1 in Pawleys Island FLORENCE, S.C. – The North Eastern Strategic Alliance (NESA) board will meet Friday, Sept. 1, in Pawleys Island. The meeting will begin at noon at Pawleys Plantation, 70 Tangelwood Drive, Bypass 17 South, Pawleys Island. The agenda includes a Georgetown County presentation, committee reports, a financial report, the director’s report, and updates on NESA marketing and fundraising.
