FLORENCE---The North Eastern Strategic Alliance board of directors will meet at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 1, at Hartsville Country Club.

          Rep. Billy Witherspoon will preside. A presentation on Darlington County will be made by Wesley Blackwell, followed by NESA committee reports on I-73, the regional international airport, the international trade and convention center, the power generation facility and tourism.

          Howard Lundy will present the financial report, followed by a NESA fundraising report by Doug Wendel. 

          NESA director Jeff McKay also will bring the board up-to-date on marketing activities.
