Electronic Databases

Currently enrolled FMU students, FMU faculty and staff, and current FMU Alumni Association members may access most of the Library's subscription databases from off-campus.  Follow these simple steps:

• Go to the Journal Articles and Databases Page

• Click on the database that you wish to search.

• Enter your name and press the Tab Key. Either "first name last name" or "last name first name" format is acceptable.

• Enter the 13-digit library barcode number, or its last 7 digits. The number appears below the barcode itself on the front of your FMU ID card.  Ignore the A's or a's which may appear at the beginning and end of the number.

• Click the submit button (or press the Enter Key.)
