FLORENCE, S.C. – The Francis Marion University women’s basketball squad and head coach Heather Macy are sponsoring Heather’s Hoopsters Kid’s Club during the 2007-08 season.

The program is open to youth ages kindergarten through eighth grade. Memberships are $25 for one child and $40 for two kids in the same household.

The kid’s club is designed for local youth to serve as the “Sixth Man” during Patriot home games and to expose them to athletics at the intercollegiate level.

Benefits of the club are free admission to the 14 Patriot home games, a T-shirt, certificate, name badge, media guide, a basketball clinic, a pizza and ice cream party, and an attendance awards program.
