Williams says........"I chose Francis Marion for the location, the size of the college, and the fact that they offer what I want to study.  I liked knowing where I stood for helping make this the best program it can be, as well as Coach Beall and his coaching philosophies."

Beall added, “The incoming class will continue our evolution as a Division I program, especially in the area of speed and quickness.  This group also includes quality student-athletes, the type we want representing our university.”

Francis Marion loses four seniors off last season’s 10-7-1 squad that completed its first year as a full-fledged member of NCAA Division I. That marked the team’s 12th season with double-digit victories in its 13-year history.
