FLORENCE, S.C.– The nationally ranked Francis Marion University men's and women's tennis teams both picked up non-conference wins over Lincoln Memorial University, Wednesday afternoon (March 22) at the Kassab Courts.
In the women's match, the 13th-ranked Patriots downed the 34th-ranked Lady Railsplitters 6-3. FMU improves to 9-4, while the LMU women fall to 8-3.
The 16th-ranked FMU men won their 10th consecutive match with a 7-2 decision over Lincoln Memorial. Francis Marion ups its record to 11-1, while dropping LMU to 6-4.
Both FMU squads will play host to North Georgia College & State University, Saturday morning at 10 a.m. in Peach Belt Conference action.
